She supports individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, first responder experiences, maternal mental health, fertility and birth trauma, and significant life transitions.

Courtney has worked across a range of clinical settings, including corrections, crisis negotiation, and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). She also has extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals in the sex work industry, and survivors of human trafficking. Her practice is grounded in an inclusive, holistic, and non-judgmental approach that honours each person’s unique experiences.

Courtney is trained in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and attachment based approaches. She draws on these evidence-based approaches to provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy tailored to each client’s needs.

For the past seven years, Courtney has worked in private practice, helping clients navigate trauma, emotional challenges, relationships, and life transitions. She believes therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience, and strives to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.

Her goal is to help clients make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and move toward greater healing, connection, and well-being.
